Since our last post, we have been to the quaint town of Oriental, NC and are now in Beaufort. Between the two towns, we saw shrimp boats and knew what we had to have for dinner! When we entered Beaufort, we were escorted by dolphins. It’s amazing how close they swim to the boat! Joy and I had a long walk around historic Beaufort….she’s such a good boat dog 🐾
