Yesterday we traveled almost 50 miles down the Alligator River, through the Alligator-Pungo canal, and down the Pungo River to Belhaven, NC. The canal was wide and beautiful.
So many boats heading south of all kinds and sizes…we had no idea. Last night we met a couple from Massachusetts that are heading south on a working lobster boat and we were at the marina with them again. #southernmigration
Belhaven is a charming little town and the courtesy cars at the marina were golf carts! It’s beautiful!
